- Upon transition to part-time status, has provided continuous schedule flexibility to meet the customer’s mission requirements. Provides maximum availability in support of war room (WR) and debrief which contributes significantly to the AVB team and our ability to exceed contract expectations.
- One of three CSS’s that supported 490 Live Recording missions in first quarter 2024 resulting in 329 data transform/ICADS set-up and 140 missions facilitating shot evaluations/debrief scenarios.
- Improved WR efficiency by creating sites first formatted shot eval worksheet.
- Provided critical feedback to 52 OSS/ACMI digital shot log so to implement a way to track harm or SAM-1 shots, critical to efficiency and accurate data mining.
- Became a COMSEC User so to handle crypto keys for MIDS-JTRs and two SKLs.
- Has been familiarizing with the COMSEC account and products to best assist the military appointed account holder with monthly destruction reports, SKL maintenance so to assist COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO).
- Holds dual qualifications with vast pod technician knowledge…a pivotal WR IT operator.
- Completed multiple rounds of troubleshooting and testing to have ICADS and Link-16 BOSS back to functional capabilities.
- Managed four computer stations to include NIPR, ICADS, Link-16 BOSS, telephones, network printer, and ADSI by performing PMIs and installing software updates.
- Engaged with AFREP to repair Pod Shop color printer, saving $500.00.
- Provided pod performance feedback on 1,178 podded aircraft out of 1,184 sorties flown with an overall effective rate of 99.49%/1stQ Flying Hour Program (FHP).
- Managed operational functionalities of Link-16 BOSS terminal and 2 laptops.
- Took necessary steps to ensure Link-16 is successfully up and running. This includes daily crypto loading, troubleshooting system connection statuses, and verification of aircraft data.
- Supported two ITAF Euro Fighters and six ITAF F35 missions by converting EAG files and preparing live data recordings for compiled unclassified debriefs.
- Currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in engineering technology.
- Plans to further her job knowledge by enrolling in a CompTIA A+ course.
- Eagerly seeking out opportunities to expand horizons and visit/support other LMOC/P5 sites.
